I bought three of these cups, and I like them for my 2 year old, but they are not appropriate for babies because there is no sippy lid. The spout pours water when tipped, making the cup useless for anything but water. I also don't like the fact that the dust cap doesn't come off, so my son always has to orient the cup so that the dust cap isn't hitting him in the face.

They are super cute, and I was looking for an alternative to plastic, but they haven't worked out as well as the Klean Kanteen kid sippy cups.

My problems with them are #1, they easy dent or crack when thrown (i have two toddler boys) and #2, they are not easy for babies or toddlers to open since the have a difficult sports cap.

I have had a couple of the big bottles over the past years and dents were not an issue. I know they are just on the surface, but for $12? Give me a break. Dropped from shopping cart, 1 dent, into car, 2nd dent, brought into house, 3rd dent. She loved my bottle like this and will love this one too. Just the denting....AAAUUGGHH.

These SIGG baby water bottles are so cute and I've been happy with mine. The only complaint is that it is not leakproof when tipped upside down. Not a big deal because it is just water, but compared to other bottles and cups (such as sippy cups), they can leak
