-This stroller turned out to be the best gym membership for me. I lost 20 pounds in 3 months by walking two to three hours a day. It's a very sturdy stroller that smoothly goes over rough terrain.My youngest son loves the "big red stroller" because it means he can nap in it while I run, and run errands. The canopy is great because it actually provides more shade than the average stroller canopy.
-The smooth ride, helps you move faster (if you need to) while you are jogging. You also don't quite feel the weight of your child. Even though it looks really big, all you have to do is give it a little push, and it starts moving, so make sure you make use of the wrist strap and the great brake because this stroller is meant for fast motion. If you are not careful, it will leave you behind.
-The basket is a little low, so when you place a few items in it, it nearly touches the ground. You can actually fix this problem yourself by reinforcing the basket using long, strong, thick black or red ribbon. No one can tell that my basket has been touched up.
-The non-swivel front wheel can be a hassle to get used to, but in a few walks, you will figure out how to use it. If you are on a sidewalk, and anticipating a long turn to the left, with your hands on the handle, let your right hand do most of the work by gently steering the stroller to the left. You will notice that in a few steps, the stroller will steer completely (without lifting) to the left side of the sidewalk. For sharp turns, push the handle down with both hands to lift the front wheel, then turn.
-Finally, this stroller is best for jogging. You will have to get well acquainted with it if you intend to use it on busy sidewalks. If you are looking for a swivel stroller, this stroller is not for you, and it wont swivel for you no matter how much you complain. The fixed-non-swivel front wheel has worked out very well for me because I don't want the stroller flying all over the place while I am jogging.
