Customer Review: Great for the inflexible

This is the first time I've tried yoga. I bought this kit because it looked good for beginners and came with yoga blocks/strap.
Well, I did it for a few days but then I found myself out of breath less than half way through the exercises. I was able to complete both of them a few times, now I just do yoga on my own.
I'm happy because I noticed after doing this that I could finally reach my toes (It's been a problem for me during soccer season)
I'm pretty much strayed from yoga and now I just stretch, but I'm using the mat still because it's thicker than a lot of other mats that I've seen. I don't use the arrows on it because stretching out that far doesn't work for me since I'm not yet full grown.
