Got this for my fiance and she is very happy with it for using it for the past two weeks. She gets cold hands while waiting for train in southern california winter, and it does put a smile on her face with such a small gift.
For a two AA battery operated hand warmer, it really designed it well. Some people complain its not warm enough, but the truth is one can't expect the same heat from a fire pit. And this is one of the best in the market.
The turbo heat option is very neat and it does make the device warm enough at a good comfort level.
I use my Maha battery charger to charge up the batteries, and I put the new Energizer 2300mAh batteries inside. You can use any NiMH rechargeable batteries for this. Just keep a spare set of batteries and its good to go!

Simply depress the power button and adjust the settings with the control button on the cap of the unit. A power level indicator light confirms power and warming status. Plenty of operating time as the Kairo warmer will operate from 1 to 3 hours before needing to be recharged via the included AC adaptor.
