13' Trampoline Enclosure provides the safest set up, hours of fun for the whole family and friends. 6 padded steel poles for maximum safety, masts are topped with a polypropylene cap to prevent rust inside the poles. Six mast design insures taunt netting for users up to 200lbs. The safety net is made from a tight weave of polyethylene so fingers and toes won't pierce the netting.Designed to fit the Airzone 13-foot band or spring trampoline, this safety enclosure sets up easily and will provide a safe bouncing environment for the entire family. Its durable, 360 degree, non-abrasive polyethylene mesh netting is tightly woven so fingers and toes don't get caught. Heavy-duty five-foot padded steel masts provide additional safety while the mast enclosure keeps the netting in place. A completely zippered arch entrance provides total closure of the mesh while allowing for quick and easy door opening. This enclosure is certified by an independent laboratory to pass all ASTM safety requirements.

We purchased this trampoline enclosure when we purchased the trampoline. We have three young children (ages 8,6 and 4)and it has been great. We love that they can play on it and we don't have to worry about them falling off. It doesn't mean they can't get hurt (trampolines can be dangerous) but eliminates the worry on them flying off of it. The only thing that happened to ours and is why I rated it 4 stars is the ties to the posts after going through our first winter ripped. We were able to resolve ourselves, but the snow, rain and sun deteriorated the ties that came on it. It's still very usable and we are now in our 3rd summer and still loving it.Customer Review: easy to install but netting runs easily

We had little trouble installing this and it was a really important purchase. it stood up to a lot of wear and tear. my only issue with it is that when things get caught in the netting (like twigs or zippers) it catches easily and rips easily. the zipper was sturdy and it never came loose or detatched.Customer Review: 13 Ft. trampoline enclosure

I expected just a net. I got poles too. That was not in description. I did not want poles, only net. So, I paid way too much. But once open, and we needed the net, I could not return. The net was very nice.Customer Review: Never buy from this company

Save your time and just put your money in the trash. Terrible quality. Terrible customer support. Had to wait all day for call back from customer support and was then told the agent I had talked with was not working that day and nothing could be done till she came in the next day. when I asked for a supervisor I was told I was speaking with one. When I expressed my frustration I was told the other agent seems to have "messed up my warrantee" submission, but again "nothing can be done till she comes in tomorrow"!!??!! Finally I was told that the replacement pieces were "likely backordered from China and who knows when they will arrive." Again I say; save you gas and time and just put $400 in the trash.
Avoid this manufacturer at all costs!
