I bought 3 different bands at different resistence levels. They were about $10 each. I use them at home for a quick tone or when I'm too lazy to go to the gym. They are great for working out when on the road too.
You can combine the bands and get a good workout, especially on biceps, shoulders. Little harder to work the chest and triceps I find. I haven't tried the door attachment yet though.
Your not going to get the workout you would from free weights or gym machines, but these bands are great for post-workout failure or at home/road. I highly recommend Spri brand, they are well made and seem to be build to take a lot of strain from use.
