I find the legs the hardest muscles to work and yet badly needed. These cuffs are great. I do lunges with them, hamstring curls and abductor work. In fact, there are lots of exercises you can do with these. Now, if you have bad knees like I do, you may want to avoid doing leg extensions. And if you have bad hips, you want to be careful doing abductor work. You may want to select a lighter weight.
I like the red as it's about right for me. But there are times when a lighter weight might be better. I sure don't want a heavier one. I could use a heavier band but it would likely hurt my knees and hips.
Spri makes a good product and this is no exception. It's well made. I've had mine a long time. Spri also has excellent customer service and they're quick to replace faulty items at no cost and with no hassle. I've only needed one replacement in all the decades I've used Spri. The only issue I have with them is their extremely slow shipping after you make a purchase on their site. If you buy on this site, you shouldn't have that problem.
