I use my SPRI Ultra Toner Heavy Resistance bands to maintain muscle
tone. I affix the bands to my computer chair and stretch while I am
on the internet. I couldn't stretch the bands much when I first
started using them. Now, after only a few weeks, my muscle tone is
improved. I stretch the bands easily. I am also also pleased with
the increase in muscle mass and improved flexibility.
After thousands of stretches, the bands are holding up well. There
are no signs of failure.
