Me and my husband practically fight for these resistance bands. We work out at this HIP gym in Downtown chicago, and our MSC class uses the same bands. The green is good for starters but the red gives the most intense work out and the blue will definitely lead to a sore body.
For women, green and red band is a must and if you train regularly and lift heavy weights the blue can be an option.
