I'm a member at 24 Hour Fitness and these are the same bands they use. I wanted to train at home and when I travel with the resistance bands and I wanted them to be the same as different colors are different resistances. My workouts involve using 3 different colors of bands. I couldn't be happier. The quality is second to none and I feel they will last for a long time. I have not tried the door attachment that came with it but will soon. It also includes a little instructional sheet to show some a good bit of exercises you can do!
