Definitely get one of these rings. It is easy to use. I never did put in the DVD that came with it, because I had done some pilates before so I had a good amount of exercises I already knew. You have to have consistency in your work out to notice a difference, but this ring is a great addition to anyone's work out equipment. It really can work your arms and legs, abs and quads. It has a good amount of tension, sometimes you can buy rings that aren't all that tight and they are too easy to bend etc. This has a perfect amount of resistance.
