Great product - purple is very strong and provides plenty of resistance for those already lifting fairly heavy weights. I use it inbetween going to the gym or when i cant make it to the gym. Hey I got this product because I am in law school and don't have a bunch of extra time to be spending at the gym like I used too. I gave this product a 5 because it does what it is supposed to do. Great product. I bought these for my Dad after his "Super Heavy Duty" Harbinger bands snapped in two.
