Excellent band. They say this is the "very hard" band which I wish was a little stronger, but overall, I really have no complaints. The door attachment that comes with the band works excellent. I actually ended up giving one to my friend because I bought 3 of of the SPRI bands and he didn't have a door attachment. He loves it now too. Highly recommended.Customer Review: Two years going...

I got this and the Blue SPRI resistance bands as a gift more than 2 years ago. I have used them intermittently, admittedly, but even attaching to doors or doing a variety of exercises from squats to tricep presses to bicep "curls", the Spri has kept going fine and shows no signs of wear. I recently bought the SPRI Resistance Band. I have to admit, at first I was rather skeptical about the use of over-sized rubberbands, but now I'm a fervent believer. They're portable, light weight and can provide quite a workout. They come in a variety of resistances for just about every one. Start your engines and get ready to burn! Thank you. The xertube can give you a wide range of exercise to do (if you know what you're doing) I have the purple one. I use leg and arm weights with it for a tighter and toner body, and it worked wonders for me.
I'd recommend it to anyone who don't want to have big and heavy equipment that takes up a lot of room.

We ordered this as a replacement to a Harbinger band we'd bought that broke. This is working our really well. Stays compact when not in use and the attachments being fabric with the plastic just on the handle means that you're not getting hit in the wrist as you often do with the completely plastic attachments.
