using the heavy band for the third time, hard part of the door anchor, the thing that supposedly keeps it anchored in the door squeezed right through the door and into my chest. luckily, it didn't come into my eye. i was using it exactly as the box instructs and the door is in great shape with no problems. it is designed very poorly and is extremely dangerous, please be aware that it can easily slide through your door.
