Well I got the medium thinking it would be a good start out weight. I can actually do this very easy, and I am only 14. It seems very sturdy. And if you use it with the door attachment I feel it become more challenging. Good product and I will soon be buying next weight. Hope this helps.Customer Review: Works just fine

My trainer made me get this. I've only had it a few weeks and she said eventually they get old and need to be replaced but so far its working just great. It has a thing so you can hang it from a door for some exercises, or put it around a fixed railing for others. I've no complaints.Customer Review: Resistance band resists

The band does exactly what it claims to do. It offers enough resistance to provide a good workout. Suggestions for exercises with the band are provided. This resistance band is very sturdy and comes with a door attachment to make it more versatile. It is not good to use to wrap around your feet if your sitting because it slips off your feet and can snap you in the face. I received this product and it really does what it says! I wouldn't recommend this for someone who does not normally work out, they have different colors for different resistances. This product actually had me "feeling it" the morning after my workout.
