The door insert works too. I'm 5'11", 135lbs, and thought it would "resist" a bit more. I stand/sit pretty far back when I have it in the door, and where the handles connect to the band, it makes noises like it will break...So I'm hoping it doesn't. Range of Motion. Arms and shoulders in particular as they need almost daily after 70's set in. This is very non-strenuous activity that came in very handy BEFORE shoveling 4 inches [light] snow/ice on top this morning 12/16/ in the South no less. No stiffness set in - few more *after* shoveling and arms feel great.

These are great for a complete home workout. I order Red, Blue and Purple.
I go to the Gym too. Days when I don't have time for Gym, or I'm Traveling, I use these for my workout and get a good pump.
Items were delivered fast and in great Condition. Would Definitely recommend.

These are great, the red might be a little low for a man that can lift 20-25lbs dumbbells, but overall its a great product. The door mount works well as long as your door doesn't open or someone open it as you are working out! I take them with me when I travel. I purchased this exercise band as well as the green, blue, purple and black ones. Using them each, one after another, gives an excellent work-out!
Great price and it travels well whenever I go on trips, but don't want to miss out on 'weightlifting'.
Highly recommended!
