As far as bands go, these are good. They are good quality, but the green is incredibly light for a man. I think it is something like 6 lbs resistance which is feeble for most men. Still, paired with other bands (I own other Spris/colors and some are up to 20 lbs resistance) they can be effective. I bought this more for the door strap and so far it's great. The band is a weak band and I probably should have gotten a stronger one, but the quality is great!
