The BC 906 has everything a bike rider needs. Next to standard functions this all around computer is equipped with average speed. The computer is easily programmable with click buttons. If the battery is running low, a reminder alarms the bike rider before it is too late. The BC 906 tracks your trip, your overall speed, distance, and riding time as well as allowing you compare your actual speed with your average speed. Complete functions include: clock; actual maximum and average speed; comparison of actual and average speed; trip and total distance; trip and total riding time; language selection (seven languages); and low-battery indicator. I've put a few miles on this and it has been accurate and wasn't really too hard to assemble. Yes, you do have to keep the book in case you change your wheels or your tires and have to reprogram the sizes to get accurate readings, but this really isn't hard nor something surprising. I really like being able to see the average speeds along with how long it took me to go x miles. A good solid product. I even dropped it once with no damage.Customer Review: Very good

Great little device. I bought one for my wife and I. We ride our mountain bikes all over town and single track as well. Over a 10 mile ride our difference in mileage is about .25 miles so I'd say they're pretty accurate. Just have to get your wheel size adjusted correctly.
I like all the settings it has, it even keeps total odometer and total time since it was installed.
Very good value, no complaints.

First you can't really beat the bang for your buck. Takes only 5 minutes to pop on. Only complaint is the manual isn't very helpful but you can figure it out if you stare at it long enough. The multiple features it has includes items that every bicyclist wonders while on a ride; Speed, Distance, AVG Speed, Trip Time, Time, etc. Display doesn't take up to much room on the bike and the display is easy to read, while riding.Customer Review: Excellent after purchase support

The speedometer was very easy to install and set up. I did have a problem getting the remote sensor magnet to communicate with the computer so I called the toll free support phone number. I talked to Bryan who helped me figure out what the problem was and how to correct it. Problem solved and the speedometer is working great. As an older rider, I appreciate that the display is easily readable without reading glasses. The unit is also much easier to set up than the Cat's Eye cycle computers I've wrestled with previously. This one is also easy to install, and stays put even on tapered handlebars. I highly recommend this unit, especially given the very resonable price.
