These come in 6 colors. Each has the key ring attached, and once unscrewed a smaller sealed vial within. But no pills I have fit in the inner vial so I just tossed that part out and used the pill holder by itself. I was able to fit 4 Excedrin in there. Not much room to spare. That is about the largest size pill you are going to be able to stack in there. I doubt a fat fish oil vitamin would fit because the diameter would be too large.
I have been using it for a couple weeks and it has held up well, and is a good secure place to hold pills etc.

I purchased these to hold a dose of my medication on my keychain and it works perfectly. The metal outer shell holds a small glass case with a stainless steel cap. Only very small pills (aspirin, for instance) would fit inside the small glass tube but the glass tube is removable and you can use just the metal shell to hold larger pills.
The only problem I have found is that the metal case tends to come unscrewed over time. I have gotten in to the habit of checking it every so often and I have yet to have it come apart.

WAY cheaper than Perfect Memorials! Perfect Memorials markets this item as cremation jewelery and gouges their customer on the price (24.99 for ONE cylinder). Which I feel is completely heartless and shady. Also lets not forget the fact that they are PILL HOLDERS. How dare they take a simple item like this that market it for that purpose and charge so much for it! This item is suitable for such a purpose, however I highly recommend purchasing it from here. This is a wonderful item for mediation management with several sizes. This one is to carry meds on the sly -- small Rx pill. I originally was searching for another use; however found this to be a great item. With several colors, I got "my" colors and shared the rest with family and friends that enjoy the features of this item. I took out the little plastic insert to meet my needs for size requirements. I have an onion/garlic allergy which antacid seems to help, so I bought a set of these to carry antacid tablets with me to have when we eat out. I have one on my keychain and one on each coat that I wear. They're even color coordinated with the coats! They'd also be great for aspirin, ibuprofin, etc. For extra fun, you can mix & match the tops and bottoms for great color combinations.
