Customer Review: Accidental "Test" Reveals Efficacy!.

Quick & to the point. My daughter just went off to university this September, and hand-held pepper spray was included as a necessity. This past week, my son a high-school junior, found one of the pepper-spray dispensers I added to my wife's purse. Sixteen and curious, he decided to hit the release button in the bathroom sink for a second and see if this stuff" did anything". My wife and I were two rooms away. We suddenly found each breath painful, burning, and eyes a mess. we thought something noxious was leaking in the house. We raced outside and before I could call 911, my son was already lying on the grass trying to catch his breath.
Bottom line: He had released the smallest amount a quick tap would allow (not much Reddish-material in sink he sprayed into). The product carried in the house so quickly (nice day, open windows), was amazing. You need to consider wind in situations of use of course. But if an attacker gets the brunt of the spray in the face, whatever residual effects you suffer will incapacitate the attacker, and allow you to get the hell away...hacking but unharmed. Powerful stuff. This experience convinced me this spray in the face is DEVASTATING. We could not be comfortable in the house again for at least 20 mins. Highly recommended!
