A unique torsion-bar design allows acceleration and turning without pushing. The RipStik G deck is concave for increased foot control, and features traction plates, kick-tail, and kick nose. The torsion bar also acts as a rubber-padded handle for easy transport.Features:

Like the original Ripstik, the "G" moves you forward with a simple weight transfer that lets you turn or accelerate without pushing--just like when you're carving down the slopes.

My daughter paid for this out of the money she had saved. She has learned to be very careful about what she spends her money on, but both of us think this has been well worth the price. She also shopped around a bit and figured out that buying it from Amazon was less expensive than it was on sale at the local discount chain. The ripstick G is endless fun. It is a little hard to get used to in the beginning but after you practice for a little you will be riding like a pro. You can do many tricks and grind with the new added grind bar or you can just ride around. It is even more fun if you are riding with someone else.Customer Review: Love it!!!

My son loves this board! He is 9 years old and it took him a couple of days to get the hang of it, but with the help of the video that comes along with it, he has really gotten good on it. I purchased the Ripstick G for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. He has been using it nonstop. My kids just love the Ripstik. They have no problem riding and there was barely a learning curve. They started last year with the Ripstik and then moved up to the G since last year and are still riding. They don't grow out of it. A great way of exercising too.
