Just got back from our first trip to the beach with the Wonder Wheeler and I'm so glad I bought it. Instead of feeling like a pack mule on the walk from the beach to our room, weighing whether to take each item each trip, and worrying about shoulder straps on sunburn, we just put everything we could possibly want at the beach for our family of four into the Wonder Wheeler and stored it there all week, and the walk to the beach seemed so much shorter. Boogie board, skim board, kids beach chair, sand toys and two bags of other stuff easily fit in the main mesh compartment. Towels, beach blanket, drinks, sunscreen in removable bag by the handle. It carried a fully loaded medium sized cooler with ease, though we didn't usually take that to the beach. Critical for me is that the back wheels pop off easily (the axle comes out too) so when folded it got down to under 20" wide (and 32" long) and would fit in our narrow rooftop car carrier. One issue was not all our beach chairs would fit on the front as shown in the picture -- they need to have at least 18" of room inside the bars to fit around the support. We just took the two that would fit. It rolls easily in either direction everywhere but in loose sand, where you really have to turn around and pull it on the two big wheels, but even that was no problem for this out-of-shape mom, though a bit too hard for the 8-year old.Customer Review: An addition to the "Make Jill's Life Easier Collection."

I recently purchased the 'Wonder Wheeler Deluxe Beach Utility Cart' after carrying all of our stuff to the beach each day, for a week, on a trip to Hilton Head, SC. I saw someone on the beach with one, and checked Amazon when I got home.
I wanted my rating to show 5 solid stars because for me it's "a fun toy" and it may not be educational per say, but it's showing my kids how to be organized. So I gave it 5 stars in every category.
We live in a community with a pool and the kids are eager to carry everything to the pool - but mom always carries it home. So it's perfect to haul pool toys, towels, suntan lotion, a cooler, first aid kit, magazines, etc. It also has a removable bag that you can take if you need to leave the cart behind to use a restroom or whatever.
Then I took it to our local amusement park that has a water park in it, and I was able to store all of the kids towels, gear, shoes, etc. While I was there I had 3-4 people ask me where I got it.
It's a must for a trip to the beach.
It's lightweight, durable, and has many uses. It does fold up, but I have used it so much that I haven't even stored it yet!

I just ordered the wonder wheeler Deluxe. I used it today at the beach. I loaded it with a cooler, 4 beach towels, a folding table, 2 chairs, 2 pillows, a beach tent, a beach umbrella, another bag of food and another bag of essentials. I really stacked it up. It was very easy to push, like a baby carriage. When you get to the sand, you need to pull it. The sand was deep, so pulling this load took some work, but the wheels did the job well. There is no way we would have wanted to carry all this stuff without the wonder wheeler. It would have been a real ordeal at the blazing hot beach. The wonder wheeler made it a breeze. My kid wants me to change the name of the wonder wheeler to "fatty". That's the way it looks when you load it up!

Still working great. I took a group to a picnic the other day. I stacked the wonder wheeler with 6 chairs, two folding tables and a bag of food and other items. No problem. The kids fought over who got to push the cart.

I have never taken this cart to the beach--but if you want a good grocery cart from your car to elevator to apartment, this is the cart you want. I have used other carts--the kind that are metal framed, the soft sided bags with wheels, backpacks, and this cart is sturdy, holds all of your groceries, plus, and is easy to maneuver and push. Highly recommend for moving things, especially heavy things!
The only thing to watch out for are the small wheels in the front. When you are collapsing the cart, make sure you don't catch the front wheels or else it will snap and break it. Even so, I used my broken cart for two years without any problems. Great product.

I have a stepson that plays football in a traveling youth league and a stepdaughter that is a cheerleader for another youth football league. We have alot of stuff to haul around for the games (5 camp chairs, umbrellas for the chairs, a cooler, toys for the other kids, pom poms to cheer the kids on, etc) and this cart is certainly a back saver! The wheels are great on grass! It's easy to fold up to put in the trunk (and the back wheels can easily be removed if necessary). I would highly recommend this cart to other football/soccer moms (I've already had other parents approach me at the games to ask me where I got it)!
