Sports reviews of Remington T-72 Shooting Glasses (Clear Anti-Fog Lens)

Customer Review: Not great comparatively
Sport shop rating: 3 Stars

I bought these for airsoft along with two other brands, all in the under $10 range. Of the three pairs these were the least comfortable and distorted my vision the most (though theyre still pretty clear and I doubt it would be an issue.) On my rather slim face these glasses are about an inch too wide and leave enough space to slip a finger between the stems and my temples, and between the lens and the corner of my eye. Because of the lens wrap-around/curvature, I think these would protect against airsoft bb's just fine though.
Construction wise, they feel durable but cheap. Bending around the plastic makes creaking noises, but it doesn't feel like they're going to break. The rubber on the bridge works to keep the glasses from slipping, and isn't uncomfortable, but its not really comfortable either. The rubber on the stems is stiff, more like a softer plastic, and doesn't adjust very well or provide any cushion.
The height of the lens is about 1 1/2 inches, the depth/wrap-around of the lens is about 1 1/2 inches, and the width of the lens is about 5 1/2 inches. The width between stems is about 6 inches, and the length from the bridge to the tip of the stems is 7 inches. I tested the durability of the lens by firing a 400-450fps airsoft rifle at pointblank range a few times with .25 gram bb's, which left a few tiny dents that are barely noticeable on close inspection, and are not noticeable when wearing the glasses.
The reason I am rating these 2 stars is because compared to the other brands I bought these didn't fit my face as well, feel as comfortable, and were the most expensive. You pretty much are paying a bit more for the Remington branding on a cheaper pair of safety glasses.

Of the three brands I bought, I would recommend Pyramex Pyramex Avante Safety Eyewear as a good under $10 brand.

*edit
The anti-fog is great on these, best of the three. Worth an extra star.
