Customer Review: A Post Shoulder Surgery Essential

I recently had shoulder surgery, and beforehand I heard that my hand was definitely going to swell up and that I should squeeze something in my hand while my arm was immobilized by my post surgical sling if I wanted to keep the swelling in my hand down as much as possible. So I invested in this kit, and began to squeeze the softest ball as soon as I got home from the day operation. I had one of these balls in my hand 24/7 for the first couple of weeks after my surgery. As time went on I increased the firmness of my squeezy ball and I have to say it worked like a charm. I had absolutely minimal hand swelling even though my elbow region swelled up like a rock hard balloon. I'm so glad I got this kit, it saved me a lot of pain & misery & I would strongly recommend it to anyone else facing shoulder surgery. My hand is in great shape less than a month after surgery.
