Customer Review: Good but needs time to understand

I thought rubber bands were more elastic and it was possible to send ball far away and then catch it, however, it is slightly different. Rubber wires are rather rigid and they are hardly stretched, When you throw the ball away, it just returns downside, in your feet area. At first, I really could not understand how to train with it, besides, all it needs from you, not just wait for the ball to come back into your hands, but meet it somewhere halfway. When you start do it this way, everything works just fine. It came out to be much more intensive training, I expected. You just move and jump towards incoming ball all the time and you sweat a lot (of course, if you do it enough fast). I am content with this purchase, but I rate 4 stars due to wrist straps, as they are too tight and it is uncomfortable to put them on/off in case you have big palms
