This Reebok strapless heart rate monitor is one of the smallest on the market and allows the user to get accurate heart rate without having to use a chest belt.Specifically made for women, with its lightweight and slender design, this all-in-one heart rate monitor and sports watch by Reebok uses a patented method called "pulse technology" to measure the electrical pulses sent out by your heart each time it beats. Of course, the amazing part is that it works by finger touch rather than the cumbersome chest strap used by most other heart monitors. Within four seconds of touching the sensors on the watch, you can get not only an accurate heart rate reading, but also the number of calories burned during your workout.
The monitor has a programmable heart rate zone with audible and visual alarms to alert you when you get out of zone, plus a settable alarm if you have a maximum rate you should not exceed. Made from durable plastic and fully water-resistant, the device also features regular watch functions, plus a 100-hour stopwatch and countdown timer. It comes with a complete walking and exercise guide and one-year warranty.
About Reebok
Reebok's United Kingdom-based ancestor company was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. This monitor really sucks, it just stopped working ... I mean, if you just need a watch that shows you the current date and time, it's perfect for you!
The monitor stopped working like one month after I bought it, now it's pretty difficult for me to use the warranty since I'm outside the US.
Bottom line, don't buy it ... I suggest you to save your money or invest a bit more in a better monitor.

I used this watch last night when running on the treadmill. It wouldn't take my heart rate while I was running. I had to stop and then--after a few attempts--it would finally get a reading. Frequently the readings were way off. It was tremendously frustrating. I don't think I can return it, because it is used. Thankfully I got it on sale. Customer Review: Loved IT!

I love this watch. It doesn't have or need any wires to hook to your shirt or chest. Just simply use 2 fingers to press the 2 buttons on the face of the watch. It has a lot more programs than I thought it would have. It has regular time with the day and the date in the face, heart rate, alarm, calorie counter, timer, dual, and CHR. It is great. I dont even use all of the programs. Actually, I wear the watch everyday, even when I am not working out.Customer Review: Reebok fitness watch

This is a great watch. It has many good features. The only thing I wish it had was a 24 hour calories used counter instead of a 15 hour calories used counter. Customer Review: Works really well.

Works well, only down side is the having to stop and hold down the sensors to check your heart rate, but it's very accurate. Beats wearing a chest strap any day. It's much smaller that all the other stapless monitors that I saw. Works great for me and my needs.
