I bought this item for a ten-year-old skateboarder. He was absolutely thrilled and uses it every day. I would have rated this 5-stars, but the packaging was not very good. The grind-rail box appeared to have been dropped at some point and the end was busted open; this busted box was placed in a much bigger box for shipping, but the second box did not have enough packing material inside to keep the smaller box from moving about and it was also busted and not taped securely. The hardware for assembling the grind-rail was in a small zip-lock baggy. The baggy had a hole in it and all of the screws and nuts had come out and were strewn about both boxes. Luckily, I found all pieces of hardware except for one nut. So, 5-stars to the product, 0-stars for packaging.Customer Review: ok definetely could be better

Pretty good for the price but not what i was hoping for.
i bought this rail so that i could learn to boardslide and do other types of grinds. the one problem with this rail that i was disappointed in was that the real is only 4 ft 2 in long and i was expecting a six foot rail.
the one good thing in the rail being short is that you don't need to go fast to get through the whole rail so if you fall it will not hurt as much as it would if you were going fast. Overall pretty good rail for the price and for beginners if you are more advanced get something else.

This was a very disappointing product. Amazon delivered it in great time, but Razor is very misleading about the quality of this product. It is too flimsy to remain upright while grinding it. It is frustrating to be told by the Razor customer service AFTER the purchase, that it should be bolted down to the ground or bolted to a piece of plywood. There goes the portability of it! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
