I'm a little old for a scooter. I ordered this one for my 10 year old son. The pro model is much sturdier than the older model. The bracket holding the stearing shaft is actually welded. The deck is also much thicker and stiffer. He had a lot of fun with the old scooters, but if doing tricks this one holds up much better.Customer Review: Worth it

I've use this scooter for transportation from my old parking lot to work, about a mile each way on sometimes-messed-up concrete. It's held up well, and I love it. It's stable, fast, and folds up very compactly. I bought this because I weigh over 200 pounds and the rest of my family likes to ride scooters around the yard. I needed to get one that fit me. This is a little longer, wider, and taller than the other Razor scooters. It is very well built. It is perfect for a larger person. By the way, it is a lot of fun!Customer Review: Razer Pro

Way nicer than the standard model. I used my nephew's regular sized scooter before this one. The extra height and beefier gauge deck are a great extra touch for us weirdo adult scooter users.
I've used this at campgrounds, tailgaiting, and shopping malls. It lives in the trunk and is VERY handy.

We are teaching my 6YO to ride a bike, but it's not going well. He wanted a scooter, so I got him the Razor A2 and ordered the Razor Pro for me. Very nice! Supports my weight, is easy to maneuver, and is inexpensive! The only problem is folding it up again when we're done - this is sometimes a bit tricky.
