I love it!!! This thing is FUN. I was apprehensive when riding it for the first time but it didn't take long for me to get more comfortable with it. It seems very well built with good strong welds at every joint. The brake works wonderfully though it will not bring you to a quick stop but slow enough to jump off if you have too. I am 5'10" tall and weigh 150 lbs and have big feet for a woman. My only complaint is that even though this scooter is the larger Pro Model, I wish it was just a couple of inches longer to more easily accommodate my size 11 feet. But, I am getting the hang of resting the toes of one foot on the area of the scooter that attaches directly to the handle bar shaft.
And it's nice that I don't have to bend over while riding. I'm tall and I can easily stand straight up. Ladies, if you want to work on your butt and thigh muscles this thing is fantastic for that. Plus it is so much more fun than working out in the gym. Kick-pushing it uphill will get your heart-rate right up there so it's great for conditioning. I wear all the safety stuff too - helmet, knee, elbow and wrist pads which is a must if you ride a scooter. Though it actually hasn't happened yet but I've come close, it's easy to get flipped off if you aren't careful by hitting deep cracks in sidewalks, big bumps, tree roots underneath asphalt, and rocks or large sticks so you must always keep a watchful eye out directly on the course you are traveling. I've ridden it now for about 4 hours total and did some seriously hard riding yesterday at a local park. I almost couldn't get enough it was so much fun.
It will need to be re-tightened every now and then as my handlebars began to get off-line with my front wheel. And it rattles when just walking with it though nothing seems to be loose. Also, wear high-top tennis shoes because I discovered that when just walking with it for some reason it would occasionally flip around and whack the back or sides of my ankles and I saw stars and have a few bruises so I don't know what's up with that. And once you get the hang of how to collapse it it's very easy to carry. So for now, I am very happy I bought it.
