I bought this for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas and have no regrets. The size is great for her. The assembly was quick and easy. It takes awhile to get accustomed to keeping balance while controling the speed, but they do get the hang of it. I definitely recommend no child rides one of these without a helmet though. They do go 15 mph and it is awkward at first especially if your child has never ridden a powered scooter like this. The Scooter is the most popular children's vehicle on my street. It has been ridden virtually every day by every child until the battery exhausts twice a day. We all take a lunch break and the scooter gets re-charged before heading out to play again. There are 4 wheelers, electric motor skateboards, but the scooter won them all. It is a bit fast and we're fortunate to say they've all stayed on it from day one. Wear a helmet!Customer Review: my 12 year-old's favorite gift ever!

My daughter asked for this for her birthday - I had no idea how "real" it would actually look. It works great -- barely anything to assemble, just attach the handlebars and charge it up, and you are ready to cruise. I couldnt be happier with this purchase. Oh and the seat lifts open for storage. It's quite roomy and a good place to store the battery charger, so if she rides it to a friends house, she can charge up if needed.Customer Review: Awesome! My seven year old loves it. I bought her 9 yr old brother the razor dirt rocket. We love racing around the neighborhood. Yes, even I have a great time. I bought this product based on the review of the others on Amazon. We have been absolutely pleased. My 10 year old daughter received it for a Christmas present and has thoroughly enjoyed riding it around the neighborhood. She is the envy of all the other girls. I love that it is easy to recharge and does not require a key (I know that she would lose the key within a month). We love it!
