We purchased this item for my niece for Christmas. She absolutely loved it! I was impressed at how quickly the product was delivered. I opened a charge card with Amazon and was eligible for a $50 discount at the time of purchase. Due to a problem when applying on-line, I only later found out that I was approved for the credit card. I never received the $50 toward the purchase of this product, eventhough, I was approved. I would like a reply to this matter if at all possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Bought this for my daughter Christmas of 2010. Being only 9 and petite i took my chances, i was concerned it would be too heavy because of her height and weight. The information given recommends 12 and over but she proved me wrong. It took her 5 minutes to get familiar with it and she was off. Very easy to ride, and very fast for a child. She is only allowed to ride with an adult present, (usually me chasing her with my bicycle) and wearing a helmet and pads. Battery charge is accurate, about 40-45 minutes of riding. I recommended the scooter with adult supervision.Customer Review: Great product

The scooter was a Christmas gift for my 8 year old daughter. Her cousin was getting a $3000.00 4 wheeler and my daughter wanted one also. We opted to get her the "2 wheeled scooter because she was older and only needed 2 wheels". Well the bluff worked.. she loves her scooter.. we took it over to her cousins... they argued over who was riding next while the really large 4 wheeler sat in the shed. now my sister is buying my niece one for her birthday!! no problem with holding a charge or not going fast enough... the girls LOVE it!!Customer Review: Great scooter for kids

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter for her birthday, and she
absolutely loves it! I know it says ages 14 and up on the description, but as long as your child has a helmet, they should be ok on it. It zips along pretty quick, but the brakes work well, and my daughter hasn't had any problems. We've had ours for about a month, and we're very happy with it. The charge holds well, just plugging it in overnight is enough for quite a bit of riding the next day. Overall, I'd say this is a great product, and a lot of fun for kids!

okay this is a great item because when it came it looked pretty hard to put together but it was a little hard to put it together so we took it to my father inlaw and he put it togther and my daugther could'nt keep away from it she asks me to ride it every day she rushes so much that se is already dressed at 5 in the morning but it does not have a light so don't ride it at night you have to get yoused to it before you ride it in the street it is a reely great item.
