The buyer and rider of the E300 scooter are responsible for knowing and obeying all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the riding and use of this scooter (a helmet, elbow pads, and kneepads are recommended). The E300 offers a weight maximum of 220 pounds and weighs 52 pounds.

I purchased the Razor E300 for my son's 13th birthday. I'd researched and read customer reviews from various websites on this and earlier razor models for several weeks before finally deciding on the E300. Despite a few negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. It arrived at my home the day before his birthday and we hadn't had time to charge it. When we removed the packaging, we found the product mostly assembled and only requiring minor adjustments. The E300 arrived fully charged and continued to work well past the estimated time. Its been about a month and so far we haven't had any problems and my son loves it. I purchased the razor knee and elbow pads and helmet because I was a little leary with this being his first motorized vehicle, lol. The speed has not been a problem, however, it goes the perfect speed for his age. I highly recommend it!Customer Review: Two boys are very happy!

My boys (age 15 and 12) saved their money up to buy these. We live out in the country and there is a long private road for them to have fun on! I asked the boys to help me rate them thus, the 5 stars. We had to call Razor, Inc. for a few questions and found the manufacturer to be very prompt and helpful. This was a very good deal financially compared to buying locally! The battery charges quickly and dependable. I have one rule---they have to wear elbow and knee pads as well as a helmet at all times when riding it. They have not wiped out yet but will at least have some protection if they do. I would not recommend a child under 12 riding these---too fast and requires skill, judgement and balance----so a child 12 or older is more appropriate.

I bought this about a month ago and try to ride it at least once a day because it's so much fun! For $180 with shipping, you can't find a better product at this price. I got it shipped to work and as soon as got it going, people were lining up to take a ride around the office. It makes running errands around the city so much faster and not such a chore! It does need a little help on inclines, but I help it along with some kicks on inclines and find that this is all part of the fun too. I haven't had any problems with charging or running the battery. Not sure what the recent posts have been complaining about- maybe they got a bad batch? Overall, I love, love, love my scooter!Customer Review: Brought a smile to our 11-yr olds face

Purchased as a combo Birthday & Christmas gift for our 11 yr old grandson. We debated & researched which size to get. Several neighborhood kids have the red/100 but we opted for the 300 mainly because of the larger tires which provide a much smoother ride. Our grandson LOVES it, it is the perfect scooter for him. When he rides with the neighborhood kids they all say they want the 300- it goes faster, rides smoother and the handle is up high enough that even a 12-yr old doesn't have to bend down to reach it, like he does on his own 100. It is awesome--so glad we bought it, we love to see the BIG smile on our grandsons face as he rides it.Customer Review: Controls

This scooter is great, but 1 thing i cant figure out is what the "24" means on the controls. For all the people that own 1 of these and know wat it means please comment. thanks and overall this product is great.
most of you(not all of you) say that the battery is worn out too fast. I did agree until i told amazon.(there was also a messed up tire) Amazon was very nice to give me a replacement. And when you charge it fully the first time the rest will be great. But there is one problem with both scooters is that when u crash or go over a bump the handlebar and tire move so the handle bar is forward but u could be turning left or right
