I looked everywhere and did tons of research on scooters before buying this for my 4 year-old. I was concerned about it's size, but had nothing to worry about. The handle goes up or down depending on your childs height. My daughter just loves it (especially as it's pink!) and can maneuver it as well as her 6 year-old sister. I have grandchildren ages 8 and 5. While camping last summer, they fell in love with the razor scooters. The 5 year old got one for his birthday and is still learning but the 8 year old became an expert on little brother's and got one from Santa. They are great entertainment as well as teaching coordination and getting exercise. I recommend them for campgrounds with little or no very safe drivers.Customer Review: Can't beat the Razor brand

I got this Razor scooter in pink for my daughter at X-mas. Last year for X-mas I got her some off brand scooter and a couple months later the handle bars broke off and were unrepairable. I should've paid the extra few bucks and got a Razor. I got a great deal on this one, I think $26, in pink which you can never find at the store, with no taxes & free shipping on Amazon! My daughter (6) got this for her birthday with a gift certificate her grandmother sent her. It arrived in just a couple days. She rides it all day long, so do her older sisters and brother (14, 13, & 12). It works great. Everyone loves it.
Aside: the highlight of birthdays for my kids is getting the Amazon email saying, "You have an Amazon gift certificate from Grammie."

This scooter was purchased for our 6 year old granddaughter. Other reviews recommended this as a basic beginner model. It seems to be well made and she is winning races in the neighborhood. Normally in Wisconsin we can't use scooters in January so this is a bonus. Her parents are pleased with the quality and she is delighted with the pink color. A true girl evaluation.
