I'd really like to review this product higher but the poles are apparently a linear type of plastic which split lengthwise after a few setups. Calling Rawlings gets a "It's made by Kellwood" but Kellwood has no links on their site to hazard a guess as to who to call. The alternative seems to be to buy shock cord repair kits, find some tent poles that are longer and cut them down, or buy another net. With the price at $99 on AMazon these days, you'd be better off buying the popup nets.
(six months on) I eventually got a number for the real manufacturer and left voice mail. And left it. And left it. No response. This should really be a 1-star review.
