I bought this trainer for my mother in law because she is not able to ride her bike on the street any more because of safety reasons. I got this one because we have the same one at home that my husband uses to put his bike on for exercise when the weather is bad or when he just doesn't feel like going out on the street. We have had it for years and love it. It is very easy to get the bike on and off and you can change the tension for easier or harder rides.
