I watched the youtube instructions. I also read the included instructions.
Everything worked out as described in these instructions. Please note that you should NOT use half the amount provided, as some reviewers have stated. The material is measured for ONE PAIR of ear plugs. The instructions say you can pinch off some material at the end of the process, if you feel it's necessary. I have small ears and didn't have to do that.
I've worn them a couple of times at the gun-range and a few times to sleep. They are very comfortable. If these last, I will be a repeat customer for sure.
One note...the package comes with a soft bag. Presumably, it's to hold your ear plugs. However, the bag is WAY TOO SMALL! :) It can barely hold one plug. If you're not going to provide a proper bag, don't waste time/resources on the useless one. :)
