I absolutely love this bungie cargo net! I had a really hard time taking my laptop to class in my messenger bag (the backpack I ordered hasn't arrived yet) and this net has made taking it a million times easier - I just strap my messenger bag to my bicycle rack. The net holds the bag tightly - once I was walking my bike and almost tipped the bike over, but even as the bike was nearly sideways, the bag stayed securely on the rack. I also use this for taking groceries back home and it works well too. The brown grocery bag held cardboard cereal/granola boxes and lots of fruit and, even though this net held the bag securely in place, none of the boxes were dented and the fruit was not bruised. I did several reviews and research before I bought any bungie cargo net. I needed one for the excessive amount of first aid gear I carry on my bike. Being an officer in the Emergency Aid Corps, Bicycle Detachment, it proved to be worth every penny. I knew the elastic kinds don't last long, but this one, wow! Cheap in cost and there wasn't one scrimp on the material. The net is not only springy, but always retracts to its original condition folded. It can also be stored easily into a bike bag compartment.
Great product. I have recommended this product to my subordinates and fellow superiors alike. Absolutely great.

I recently transitioned from just riding to the metro every day (1.5 miles each way) to riding all the way to work roughly once a week (18 miles each way). I was doing fine with my backpack on my back, but my back would get especially gross with sweat and the backpack did get a little annoying. I considered getting panniers, but they were more expensive. The bungee net, perhaps in conjunction with one or two other bungee cords, has been great for securing my backpack to my rear rack. It's just takes a minute to set up and I haven't had any problems with shifting yet.Customer Review: very useful product

From all the things I bought to help me transport things on my bike, this is the best and cheapest. I bought wire baskets for the front and the back and recently I bought two panniers for shopping bags I am not very happy with. But this little net is perfect. It is very easy to use, does not take much space and enables me to secure nearly everything to my bike. I only have it for two weeks but it has already served me well and I have been able to bring things home on the bike I usually would have to use the car for. I've owned this product for over two years. I'm writing this review because I just bought a second one.
Why I like it:
It's still completely intact. Nothing's ripped or torn yet. I use it to cover my groceries in a basket which sits on top of my rear rack.
It has 4 hooks that are permanently wrapped around the cords. The segments they wrap around are also double corded so there's more strength to prevent a cord break.
Why I don't like it:
There's nothing to put here.
