This is your standard powered drink mix. You take a 16.9 OZ bottle of water, dump in the pouch, and shake it. The stuff dissolves pretty quickly when you shake it. I didn't have a big chunk of it floating to the bottom of the bottle like I sometimes did with the Hawaiian Punch drink mixes.

It's got a nice light lemon flavor to it, but a bit of an aftertaste that lingered for quite a while. Nothing major. It's also a little salty, but then that's the point because it's returning minerals you sweat out while exercising.

If you drink a lot of sports drinks, this brand is a little cheaper than powdered Gatorade and much cheaper than buying the bottled drinks. You might as well give it a try if you play sports or work out in the yard and sweat a lot in the heat. Might be able to find it cheaper elsewhere though.
