BPA-Free & Phthalate-Free
Polar Bottle has never used BPA in any water bottles. Even the first Polar Bottles in 1994 were BPA-free.

Customer Review: Please read this if you are concerned with leaching chemicals!

These bottles are all my family uses. To the other reviewers who have posted that this bottle leaches chemicals, I would ask that they do a little research before posting. First, you should wash the bottles in your dishwasher or hot water before using, this is just common sense and will remove any plastic odor (though I have never noticed any). These bottles are made from LDPE#4, which according to multiple studies, does NOT leach toxic chemicals into your water. On the other hand, Lexan, ie Polycarbonate ie Nalgene bottles have been shown to leach Bisphenol-A or BPA into water. You can feel safe buying and drinking from these bottles made of FDA approved LDPE#4.Customer Review: Keep drink cold, or from freezing.

I love these insulated bottles. The typical insulated bottle is a pain to use. They are usually very difficult to squirt snd Hard to clean with several different components.
These bottles are very easy to squeeze with one hand. They are easy to clean. The top is well designed and you get good flow from it.
As far as insulation, they keep cold drinks cold on very warm and very long days. They will also keep drinks from freezing on your sub zero rideas as well.
The price makes these bottles very affordable and a great deal considering their quality. These are a very recommended buy.

I have three kids, ages 6-12 and live in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. I purchased these over a year ago for the kids to take to school and soccer. They are awesome! When filled with ice (normal cubes go in easily!) and a tiny bit of water, the resulting water 4 hours later will still be cool, even in our 110F+ summers. They are easy for the kids to fill, don't sweat, and have lasted a long time. They can go right into the dishwasher (lid on top shelf) and don't warp at all. They don't look all that sophisticated, but they work like a charm and have held up well under daily use.Customer Review: Best Bottle I've Ever Used

I've been biking for over 40 years and this bottle is without a doubt the best at keeping liquids
cold that I've ever used. I just bought the third one I've ever had. They last me between 5 and 7 years
and are very durable even though I've dropped them on occasion trying to put them back into the holder
while on the move. They start to look a bit ratty after that length of time but continue to keep
ice in them for almost 2 hours in 90 degree + temps.
Pros: Just a perfect item.
Cons: Absolutely none.

Perfect solution to lukewarm drinks. I carry water bottles with me everywhere I go and I love these bottles. I freeze it half full at night and fill it the rest of the way up before I leave the house in the am. The water is ice cold 4-5 hours this way. Another great thing is that there is very little sweating. Don't freeze the bottle full or you won't have any thawed water to drink for a long time.
I wish I had found these back when I packed school lunches. They would be perfect for keeping kids drinks cold all day.
