I put this on my commuter bike a few months ago. I really like that I can throw whatever odd-sized things in there and go, the cargo net holds stuff down and it's more waterproof than a lot of panniers. It's a good size and shape for holding stuff without being awkward. Two downsides I can think of: it's a pain to get off, which is good theft-wise but annoying if you don't want that big box on the back of your bike all the time. Also, it locks, but the locking mechanism is pretty flimsy. If someone wanted in there it probably wouldn't be too hard to bust it open.
