The Planet Bike Blinky "3" 3-Led Rear Bicycle Light provides 300 percent brighter eXtreme LEDs to ensure that you will be seen by cars coming up from behind for as far as one mile away. This light is as advertised: bright and easy to install. It comes with two installation brackets to fit your biking neede; one for the seat post and the other for the tire frame. I didn't have space on my seat post, so I put it on the frame and it works great. It is easy to take on and off (to prevent theft). It seems to be waterproof (I've ridden in the rain a few times without problem).
I would buy this product again without hesitation.

Does what it's supposed to do, and does it well. 3 LEDs, plenty bright. Battery life is good. Comes with seat post and seat stay attachments, the stay one is pretty useful for attaching the light in odd places (such as my milk crate).
A typically well thought-out and quality Planet Bike product.
PS: This is the same light that comes with the combined Beamer 1 and Blinky 3 set, but the set doesn't come with the seat stay mount.

The LED lights are very bright and either stay on, or can blink. The whole assembly appears to have been well constructed and well designed. It will attach almost anywhere on a bike and the light assembly can be detached. How the light attaches to the bike bracket was not too intuitive, but it seems to hold well. As it is mostly plastic, try and put it in a place where it will not get kicked, or bumped if the bike falls.Customer Review: Great Safety Light

Virtually everyone on my college campus owns and rides a bicycle of some kind. I recently got a new Giant bike and decided to go with this light for the rear. I could not be happier. The mount is secure and you can take the light off easily when you park your bike. The solid and flashing modes are all that you need and the 3 LEDs are exceptionally bright. I have had this light for a couple years and it works really well. It is very bright and lets you be seen from quite a distance away at night. It's not as slim and sleek as some of the newer models out there, but it gets the job done! It comes with shims for multiple mounting options and I am able to mount it on my seatpost or the tube of my frame. Once mounted, it feels sturdy and doesn't wobble at all.
