This light is great. I have a headlight with 9 white LEDs, but the single 1/2 watt LED in this light is still much brighter. The strobe pattern flashes like the strobes on emergency vehicles and is attention grabbing even in daylight. The clip on the back of the light can clip onto your pants or onto one of two included mounting brackets, one for your seat post and one for the frame next to your rear wheel. Two different size shims are included for the mounting brackets. All in all, a great package.Customer Review: It's definitely brighter than a blink

The new Superflash is equally as bright as the original Blinky. The clear case blends better with a bike. That's the only major difference I see. I have had 3 different tail lights on my recumbent but switched to the Blinky after seeing it on many club rider bikes.
The flash bulb like blink is what gets people's attention.
It's inexpensive and the battery life is great.
Buy it. Especially if you have not bought a tail light yet.

This is a bright, red rear flasher with a unique flash pattern that catches attention when it is switched on. It has flash mode, constant on, and off. The mount is sturdy but it did loosen up the first time since I was too careful about overtightening and scratching the frame. I used some black electrical tape on the frame and remounted, and now it's working great.
Also, I like the "stealth" look it has when it's off...

Well I bought two of these lights. I've used them several times since purchase. The reason that I bought them and the reason that I like them is that they are very visible. Great for evenings and cloudy days.
Another nice feature is it has a clip on the light which allows one to clip it on the back of the bike bag when needed. It does have tube mounts but I do not plan to use those.
Highly recommended.

I stumbled upon this light after researching a lot of other lights for my bike. I read nothing but great reviews for it. I've been using it for a couple weeks now, and all I can say is WOW! I love this light and it is exceptionally bright at night. It was easy to install onto my bike and is easy to remove if I need to. I would highly recommend Planet Bike lights to anyone that wants to be seen at night and feel safer!
