Description of Pilates Medium Tension Resistance Ring - Double Gripped for Muscle Balance

The Pilates Resistance Ring is a critical exercise tool for strengthening hip and groin muscles which leads to improved hip stability and lower back strength. Our rngs are constructed of a softly padded fiberglass tension rings that yield a medium level of resistance when compressed. Pads on inside and outside of ring so agonist and antagonist muscle groups can be trained. This promotes muscle balance and toning symmetry. This ring is commonly used in Pilates studios and Physical Therapy clinics by those seeking long and lean muscles and strong abdominals and rock-solid hip stability. SIZE: 14 inches. Medium tension.
