An absolutely wonderful lower body workout. Looks easy - is NOT easy. Meaning, you feel it but if you listen carefully and watch the tutorial (if you haven't used a circle before), you will not get hurt. Bernadette uses gentle direction and a soft voice to move you along and keep you motivated. No screaming and no making you feel that you are not capable of doing the exercises.

The Pilates Resistance Ring is a critical exercise tool for strengthening hip and groin muscles which leads to improved hip stability and lower back strength. Our rings are constructed of a softly padded fiberglass tension rings that yield a medium level of resistance when compressed. Pads on inside and outside of ring so agonist and antagonist muscle groups can be trained, which promotes muscle balance and toning symmetry.
