first of all, anybody looking for a pole that you can spin on is not going to get one for 100 bucks. you cant even spin on the carmen electra pole. with that being said, i do think that this is a good pole for the price. you cant do spins, but it comes with a booklet and a dvd that shows moves that you CAN do.it also comes with a garter and play money. i was a dancer for almost 2 years and contrary to popular belief, there ARE things you can do with a pole besides spin. alot of dancers dont even do spins, they just move seductively against the pole. this is a cute pole and well worth the money in my opinion. if you want to get a pole to heat things up in the bedroom, i think this would be perfect. just put on a cute outfit and some heels and your ready. be creative. but if you HAVE to have a pole that spins, be prepared to pay alot more.
