It really does the job well. I have tried home-made hanger contraptions before, and they have never really worked well, or have ended up scratching the finish of my bikes. This is vinyl coated heavy gauge steel. It's worth the investment.Customer Review: works but....

it doesn't fit over taped handlebars, but it still will hold bike in place, so I'm overall pleased and would purchase again as I needed that tire to be in place.Customer Review: Pretty useful but...

I use this but in some ways it is a pain. It works exactly as you would expect IF you have a simple situation. But, for example, if you have aerobars on the bike, or otherwise a somewhat crowded bar (light, speedo, etc) this gets more difficult. Also, the velcro strap is not very useful since it only "grabs" over about a two inch section so you have to lash it on just so. Further, if you are re-cabling you can expect to have it get in your way. Like I said I use it but... maybe the coat hanger would be better! Or perhaps that old "flickstand" we used to have to hold the front wheel straight (remember it?).Customer Review: Good Idea

A nice idea, I bought it as part of a package (with PCS-9) so it was a good deal.
If you want to save $ buy a bungee cord.

...but you can do it yourself for free by bending a wire coat hanger! Save some money!
