We've enjoyed playing bocce with friends and were looking for a durable and nicely weighted starter set to get some more experience with the game. The balls get scratched up after a few rounds and the color fades a bit, but we are confident that the set will last for a couple of years at least until we are willing to spend more money on a more professional set. This is a gorgeous set of bocce balls, that's really all there is to it. Gorgeous and functional and great.
It's really almost painful to start playing with them because you realize they'll never be quite as pristine again, but then you start playing and realize that the set not only looks great, but it plays very well too!

I ordered a bocce ball set which arrived as promised, It was in good shape, and it was exactly what I wanted. I had tried to order another set previously from someone else, and they never informed me they were out of stock, so I was upset and went to Amazon and got what I wanted, when I wanted and and even a lesser price. I was very pleased with this bocce set. We have purchased others that were flimsy and poorly made but this is no lightweight set. Each ball weighs almost 3 pounds so it would not be good for young children. We have played with the set many times and the balls are holding up well (only minor surface scratches).Customer Review: Good Quality

I am very happy with this Chinese quality.
They are (as everyone else has said) very nice and weighted.
Very heavy, think it was 22 pounds with shipping.
Free shipping made it possible. They are very nice and the tote box is well designed. These should last several generations of family use!
