We have had an older model for 18 years. It has lasted snowboarding styles, double persons, including an adult with a child, and snow jumps. It was played with on the same slopes as dishes and tobaggans and works better than either. Dishes always spin backwards and tobaggans make you eat a lot of snow. This little sled is steerable (although the screws holding the steering mechanism in got lost after only 5 years, so now we have to steer with our hands and feet) and goes in hardly any snow...or lots of snow. It is the best sled I have ever seen.
It only finally gave way when an adult, and 9 year old twins piled into an old sled that we have to purchase a new one. Well worth the money!
