I was incredibly disappointed when my husband opened his Christmas present. It was damaged, the seat was broken, there was clear evidence that prior damage had been repainted. Numerous chunks of wood missing. Poor representation of product. Even if seat had not been broken, it would not support weight as described in description of product. VERY flimsy wood, I am hoping that I will be able to return this product for a full refund. I have pictures of what it is not for the vendor. Do not suggest purchase of this item. Having been a long time customer of Amazon, I am hoping that they will assist in me in recouping my costs with this travesty of a sauna.
Description of Paradigm Simply Sauna Portable Infrared Sauna
Paradigm Health & Wellness's Simply Sauna uses the benefits of Far Infrared Heat through Carbon Panel heater technology. Foot infrared Therapy technology produces Far Infrared heat right from the floor panel where you rest your feet. The floor heat penetrates deep into the foot tissue enhancing blood circulation and relaxing foot muscles. The sauna will heat up to 135 degrees, with no assembly required out of the box. It has an easy to reach exterior digital control panel It is foldable and space saving. Warm up time is 10 minutes. It comes with a headrest for support and comfort and users up to 6'2' tall can use Simply Sauna. It is constructed out of Canadian hemlock, with a rigid interlocking hinge system for a solid construction. Aging Baby Boomers will benefit from the relief of cold feet caused by low blood flow. It is easy and safe to get in and get out of the sauna, and can be completely folded after use. It is ETL/CETL certified to meet all safety standards and utilizes regular household wall outlets. The carbon heated floor panel is made of tempered glass, waterproof and easy to clean. The Simply Sauna relieve sore muscles, stiff joints, arthritic pain relief, removes toxins from the body for people who cannot exercise.
