Sports reviews of Paradigm 500 Inversion Table SystemCustomer Review: Paradigm 500
I selected this unit overs others based on the locking system being more comfortable than others. Though I like the ease of the locking system, it still is not all that comfortable with only socks. I would recommend wearing shoes. I purchased this unit to relieve sciatica nerve condition. Not sure if the use of this device or other stretching techniques that I've been doing have relieve the pain. For those that haven't used one of these, there is considerable amount of pressure that you will feel in your head the more vertical you travel. I suggest you take it slow till you can get accustom to using one of these. |
